Network is Randall’s church-wide approach to helping people becoming fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ, plugged into fruitful and fulfilling service based on their spiritual gifts, ministry passion and personality type. Network is a tool we use to stimulate gift-based ministry service which, after all, is the way God designed His church to work.

Network helps believers understand that each individual is uniquely made by God and has a unique contribution to make in the body of Christ, and then helps all who attend Randall find places of meaningful service. To do this, we encourage all individual believers, from old to young, and from pastoral staff to new members, to journey through a “hands-on” Network “Discovery” Seminar in which each participant identifies the three elements of his or her unique “Servant Profile”: their Spiritual Gifts (what they are equipped to do), their Ministry Passion (where they are motivated to serve), and their Personal Style (how they can best serve). The Seminar is especially helpful for those searching to find their place of service, but is also a helpful review and confirmation for those who are already aware of their spiritual gifts and are presently using them.

Network Discovery Seminars are held several times each year. In addition to the Seminar, the Network Team consults with those who have completed the Seminar to help them find their place of ministry. The Network Team also assists ministry leaders in identifying people who might fit available openings in their particular ministries.

The goal of Network is that each person attending Randall will find and know the joy of ministry service in God’s Kingdom as a result of identifying their servant profiles and plugging into the area of service that fits with their profile.
