Milo has served in the past as a worship pastor, a youth pastor, as well as a church planter. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in music and a Master's of Christian Ministry from North Greenville University. After leaving the Western New York area to join the Marines, Milo returned home to the region with a desire to see lives changed in Buffalo by the power of Jesus. Milo has been part of planting two churches in Buffalo through the North American Mission Board, as well as one in Greenville, SC before coming to Randall. Milo is passionate about seeing churches multiply and grow additional churches to further the Kingdom of God. Milo is married to Erin and they have five children, Daylia, Hazyl, Josiah, Maia, and Elias. Milo and his family love to share how they walked through the loss of their 8 month old son Josiah, who died of a rare heart defect called HLHS and still found hope.
Bryan has been serving in different ministry settings over the last 15 years. He has a Bachelor of Arts in youth ministry & communication at Eastern University and holds a Master’s of Divinity at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He spent five years in Boston, MA in a large church context before moving back home to Western New York to plant a new expression of church for seekers and skeptics. Now at Randall, he has a passion to compellingly and creatively communicate the depth of the Bible and to help people create natural spaces to explore Jesus. He is also the National Director of Church Multiplication for the Nineveh Network and an adjunct professor at Elim Bible College. Bryan is married to Molly and they have three children, Mia, Micah and Rudy.
For 20 years, Mario has had the privilege of ministering in churches in the United States and overseas. Mario has a bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministry from California Baptist University and is pursuing a Master's of Divinity at Southern University. Following 21 years of military service, he retired from the United States Marine Corps in October 2015. While living in Orange County California, he served as a bi-vocational youth pastor for six years. He has also led congregational worship for churches in Los Angeles, CA, Brooklyn, NY and Okinawa, Japan. Mario has a passion for engaging students with biblical truth and speaking to them in meaningful ways appropriate for the next generation. Mario is married to Denise and they have two children, Josh and Carly.
Kids & Care Director
Stephanie has been teaching in children's ministry for the last 20 years. She is a Buffalo native and received her Bachelor's of Religious Education from Davis College. She also served alongside her husband in vocational ministry during college in the Binghamton area and abroad in short term missions. Stephanie is passionate about teaching God's Word to children and feels it is privilege to see them grow in Christ. She also oversees the care of those in the church. Stephanie is married to Mark and they have two sons, Ian and Zachary.
Jacki grew up in rural northern Niagara County and attended SUNY Geneseo for her undergraduate work. She has worked with small businesses, managed dental offices, databases, and even large events including the annual Niagara Celtic Festival. She has led Bible studies, worship services and youth group events. She has a heart to see people truly connect, to push past the differences and to realize we share much more than we differ. Jacki is married to Brian and they have two kids, Tyler and Aubrey.
Vickie lived in Massachusetts and Florida before moving to Buffalo in 2012. She worked as a Hair Stylist for 18 years, but moved on to seek out a job opportunity that would allow for more family time and church service. Vickie worked with her church in Florida as well as at The Orlando Rescue Mission. She also helped with the children’s ministry while at her church in Massachusetts. She is excited to be part of the team here in Western New York and always has a smile on her face. Vickie is married to John and they have a daughter, Hannah.
